Patang Pasina Episode 1: The Sweating Bride
Episode 1 of Patang Pasina on Rioplus introduces Sheetal, a young woman whose excessive sweating condition creates anxiety for her family regarding her impending marriage. Her mother is eager to marry her off, believing marriage will cure her “sweating disease.” The episode begins with the arrival of a prospective groom’s family, where Sheetal’s sweating is noticed, but her mother insists she is a modest, home-centered girl. Ruks Khandagale delivers a heartfelt performance as Sheetal, torn between family expectations and her own insecurities.
